Patient Reviews

Sperl was very thorough as usual. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. I appreciate him so much!  Luann was so very kind when I was checking out. Giving me her direct phone number. So nice!!!!  Judy took my blood and hit my vein the very first time.

Dr Sperl has been my doctor for several years and I think he is wonderful. He is always professional, friendly and takes whatever time I need to discuss my medical issues. Dr. Sperl is very good at explaining things to me and making sure I understand. He never sugesting medicine or tests that he does not feel in 100% needed. I have recommeneded Dr Sperl to friends and will continue to do so. Also, the nurses/assistants have always been pleasent and professional as well. I trust Dr Sperl with my life.

I've been a patient for 14 years, and have followed Dr. Sperl when he moved from one practice to another since I refuse to give him up. I moved away but willingly drive 1 1/2 hours so that I can still see him. He is an extremely compassionate and caring person who seems to care about the whole me, and not just about my intestines. He's the only doctor I've ever been to that cares that I have a life outside his office. He always asks about my kids and my job.

He gives me praise when things are going great in my life, gives support when things aren't so great, and tolerates my frustrations when I'm tired of having Crohn's. He listens to my input about my disease and makes me feel that he and I are in a partnership. He takes my thoughts into consideration and fully discusses the various options with me so that WE can decide upon the best course of action. Dr. Sperl understands how frustrating it is to have a disease. He's helped me know that I will survive this thing!

Nothing to add. All personel were professional and showed courtesy. Dr. Sperl explained procedure before surgery. The worst part about this is and always will be the day before the procedure.
