Patient Reviews

This is a wonderful, professional practice. PLEASE READ ALL comments. I have TOTAL confidence in Dr. Pound's expertise and his professional yet warm and caring manner as he is my primary doctor in this practice for my polycystic liver disease care. Dr. Pound received EXCELLENT notations in all categories where I was able to rate him alone. I have also had the sad, but excellent experience of becoming acquainted with Dr. Troiano, when my 35 year-old son-in-law was diagnosed four years ago with Stage 4 Bile Duct Cancer. I cannot imagine a more compassionate person that Dr. T when he had to deliver the devastating news to my 31 year-old daughter and the rest of our family. Although we went to IU Med Center for a 2nd opinion (it gave us something positive to do), we quickly came back to the welcoming arms of the doctors in the St. Francis Hospital Healthcare System.

I would also like to provide kudos to Mara Jo, who called me this week to share the results of a very recent CT Scan. She was friendly, pleasant, informative, caring -- possessing all the qualities an employer would want in someone in a customer service-patient service role. Mara Jo was amazing. She was genuine. She's a treasure in this professional medical practice. Perhaps she could help the person I reference below.

Thank you for this opportunity to provide feedback. Please note that I rated the last statement -- "Likelihood of your recommending our practice to others" with an EXCELLENT (most definitely)!

Sincerely,

stars-5

I’m very well pleased.  I wouldn’t expect anymore courtesy, caring, or professionalism than I am receiving.  Dr. Pound is great.  I wouldn’t want another doctor.  He came highly recommended from (a friend).  Very excellent throughout.
