I want to express an extra amount of gratitude to Rachel. I hope that this survey makes it's way to the CEO, Jim. I just want to make sure she is acknowledged for going above and beyond to help out in a situation. I couldn't say enough good things about Dr. Haynes either. Dealing with my health issues on a daily basis is very difficult but having a doctor like him helps.

I just wanted to make sure to bring a positive note to the office and make sure that it is know just how appreciative I am.

God Bless.
