The prep was the 💩& worse part of course BUTT the rest was a breeze of fresh air 😆 My overall experience was Amazing!!! I would recommend this place to anyone! Dr. Cheng & all the staff was super friendly and made ya feel right at home. Dr.Cheng explained everything perfectly to where I could make sense of things and understand and he’s very supportive and takes time with each individual scale rating overall 0-10 I definitely say it’s a +100 SO don’t be afraid getcha Booty checked ✔️
Dr. Cheng was very personable, immediately introducing himself and taking time to get to know me. He offered a lot of information about the procedure and some impacts to consider due to my family medical history which really put me at ease. I am very glad I selected him as my physician.
Where do I start, my experience with Dr. Haynes started with my mom, and she so generously passed her genetic disease on to me. From day one Dr. Haynes has been sincerely the best Dr. I have ever had, he is kind and patient, even though I get very nervous with every visit, by the time the appointment is over I am at ease and without a doubt my blood pressure has came down significantly. I would not trust anyone else with my disease. Thank you for your kindness and patience and caring demeanor! It may not mean much to some but it sure does to me.

Dr. Drake was very nice . I was nervous he calmed me down . My actual Dr. is Dr. Jacob . I would be fine with seeing Dr. Drake again . Dr. Jacob is serious but really nice also . The only thing I don’t like is it takes months to get back in after procedure .
Franciscan Health Endoscopy Center is top notch! All the staff are so friendly and very good at their jobs. Dr Nasereddin was kind and caring. His detailed explanation after my procedure was appreciated. The anesthesiologist listened when I said it didn’t take much to put me under. She did an awesome job as I remembered everything immediately following my procedure. Highly recommend.
