"My procedure went very well. The 10a appointment with very little wait before being taken back. The nursing staff were very professional and secure verifying my ID multiple times. The anesthesiologist explained her role and what to expect. Dr Vincent then came in to explain the procedure and options he needed answered to go forward. The procedure went off on timely manner with no issue. I felt very comfortable in all aspects. I was home and enjoying the day within 1 hour of the procedure. "I was dreading the endoscopy BUT the staff was so friendly and caring it put me to ease a bit. I spoke to the whole medical team before my procedure. It was the first time I had met Dr. Roberts but he was friendly and professional and acted as if I was a patient he'd known for years and I felt he would take good care of me. AND he did. When it was over, I didn't remember anything concerning the procedure itself and I didn't feel groggy. Dr. Roberts even stopped by my recovery room to let me know the results, which were good.
