Timothy Whitworth, DMS, MPAS, PA-C of New Albany, IN, joined Indianapolis Gastroenterology and Hepatology in December 2025. In 2017 he completed two degree programs earning both a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences and Mathematics from Thomas Edison State University and an Associate in Applied Science, Bioenvironmental Engineering Technology & Financial Management from the Community College of the Air Force. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Oakland City University. From Indiana University, PA Whitworth earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) and from Butler University he earned his Doctor of Medical Science (DMS). He sees patients in Indianapolis.
Timothy’s training features the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the pancreas, GI tract, and liver. He is certified in both ACLS and BLS and is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
For recreation Timothy enjoys being outdoors fishing or hiking while spending time with his three children and family.
